• Helena Long :

Helena Long a 21 ans et elle skate les spots londoniens depuis maintenant 6 ans. Elle a toujours skaté principalement avec des garçons marrants et encourageants.

Pour elle, le skateboard est quelque chose qui lui fixe tous les jours de nouveaux objectifs et ouvre de nouvelles perspectives. Cela lui offre également de nombreuses opportunités, comme découvrir de nouveaux endroits et rencontrer des personnes formidables.

 Helena conseille à celles qui seraient effrayées à l'idée de commencer le skate, qu'il ne faut pas se poser trop de questions, "You Only Live Once" (Tu ne vis qu'une seule fois) !

Helena's answers:

- I am 21 years old and have been skateboarding for 6 years now!

- I skate a lot of street spots around London when I can if not local skate parks are always good fun!

- For me skateboarding is something that puts everyday objects and places in another perspective and has opened up many opportunities to discover new places and meet some amazing people around the world.

- I started skateboarding with and still skate mainly with the boys and they're so fun to skate with and are always so supportive, so for those who are a bit intimidated about starting to skate don't be afraid just go for it!

- Favourite sayings: 'You don't stop playing because you get old, you get old because you stop playing' and 'YOLO'
